For Independent P&C Agents

Your clients are underinsured.
Now they can see it for themselves.

A home documentation tool you give to your clients. They snap photos of what they own, see their coverage gap on their own phone, and call YOU for the review.

You already know the problem. You just haven't had a tool to fix it.

60% of US homes are underinsured.

That's the consensus from the Insurance Information Institute and CoreLogic. The number for new homebuyers is even higher. And every one of them is your client.

Renewals come and go. Coverage stays the same.

You can flag it in the policy review. You can send the email. But unless something happens, the client doesn't act. By the time they care, they're filing a short-paid claim.

Every underinsured client is leaving money on the table.

Yours and theirs. If you could get just 5 of your 100 homeowners to right-size their coverage this year, what would that be worth?

Three steps. Six weeks to your first upsell call from a client who finally gets it.

1

You invite your clients

Upload your client list (or paste 10 at a time). We send a branded invitation from you, with your name and your photo. One-click signup for them.

2

Your clients document their home

Ten minutes is all it takes. They enter their coverage limit from the dec page and snap photos of 5+ items. The tool calculates their total replacement cost.

3

They see the gap. They call you.

The moment the math doesn't add up, they see it: 'Your contents are worth $48k. Your policy covers $30k.' The next step is yours.

A tool your clients actually want to use.

  • A clean, modern app.

Web and mobile. No download. No fuss.

  • Their stuff, finally documented.

Photos, room-by-room, replacement values. The thing they've been meaning to do.

  • The coverage check, in plain English.

No insurance jargon. "Your stuff is worth $48k. Your policy covers $30k. Here's what to do."

  • Their documents in one place.

Insurance policy, warranty paperwork, closing docs. Searchable. Accessible.

  • Free to them. They pay nothing.

Included with their relationship with you.

Run the numbers on your own book.

If your average homeowner client pays a $1,500 annual premium at a 12% commission rate, you earn $180/year per client.

If our tool helps 5 of your 100 clients right-size their coverage by an average of 25% this year, that's +$225 in annual premium per client × 5 clients = $1,125 in new recurring annual commission.

At $20 per client per year, your investment for those 100 clients is $2,000.

Questions every agent asks (and the honest answers).

What stops you from going direct to my clients and cutting me out?+
Three things. First, we make money from agents, not consumers — going direct would break our model. Second, our wedge (the coverage gap insight) works because the homeowner trusts you, not us — without you in the loop, the next call has nowhere to go. Third, we're explicit about this: agents are our customer. Your client list is your business; we keep it private to your account.
How does this compare to Casa, HomeZada, or other home tech tools?+
Casa is a $200/month service for high-end homeowners. HomeZada and Centriq are organizational tools that don't connect to insurance. Encircle is an adjuster tool. None of them are sold through agents, and none of them prompt the underinsurance conversation at the consumer level. That's our specific lane.
What about my clients' data privacy?+
Your clients' data is theirs. They own their inventory, documents, and home record. We never sell data, never share it with carriers, and never use it for any purpose outside their account. As an agent, you see only the metadata needed to do your job (which clients have surfaced gaps, what the gap amount is). You don't see their photos or document contents.
What if my clients don't use it?+
That's the right question. Activation matters. Our 60-day pilot guarantee: if fewer than 40% of your invited clients activate (upload at least 5 inventory items + enter their coverage limit), we extend your trial for free until they do or until we figure out together that it's not a fit.
Do my clients pay anything?+
No. The product is free to them — included with their relationship with you. They can choose to upgrade to a premium tier later (multi-property, etc.), but the core product is free as long as they're your client.
Will this work with my CRM (AgencyZoom, EzLynx, Salesforce, etc.)?+
Not yet. v1 is standalone — you bulk-invite clients via CSV upload or paste-in-list. CRM integrations are on the roadmap once we know which CRMs our pilot agents are using most.
How long is the contract?+
There isn't one. Month-to-month, cancel any time. We charge per active client per month ($1.67/client/month, or $20/client/year). If you cancel, your clients keep access to a read-only version of their data.
What if I want to add more agents to my agency?+
Each agent gets their own dashboard and own client list, billed separately. We're working on agency-tier pricing for offices with 5+ agents — talk to us if that's you.
