MyHomePlatform is currently provided to homeowners by their independent insurance agents at no cost to the homeowner. If your agent isn't yet partnered with us, share our page with them.
We're also planning a direct premium tier for multi-property owners and homeowners without an agent relationship. Sign up below to be notified when that's available.
Quick math for agents
At a typical 12% commission rate on a $1,500 annual homeowner premium, you earn $180/year per client. If our tool helps just 5 of your 100 clients right-size their coverage by 25%, that's about $1,125 in new recurring annual commission.
Your investment at $20/client/year for those 100 clients is $2,000. You're net-positive in Year 2 and compounding from there, before counting the retention lift from being the agent who proves they care about coverage accuracy.
Pricing FAQ
Why do agents pay instead of homeowners?
Agents make money when clients right-size their coverage. Homeowners don't naturally pay for documentation software. Aligning the pricing with the economic value is the only sustainable model.
What if I'm a captive agent (State Farm, Allstate, etc.)?
Captive agents typically need carrier approval to recommend third-party tools. We focus on independent agents for v1. If you're captive and interested, get in touch and we'll explore options.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month billing, no long-term contract. If you cancel, your clients keep read-only access to their data.
What happens to my clients' data if I cancel?
Your clients own their data. They retain read-only access after cancellation. If they want to continue actively using the product, they can upgrade to our direct consumer tier (when available) or move to another partnered agent.
When will the homeowner-direct tier be available?
We're prioritizing the agent channel through 2026. A direct premium tier for multi-property owners and unaffiliated homeowners is on the roadmap for 2027. Join the waitlist to be notified.
Are there agency-tier discounts for offices with multiple agents?
We're building agency pricing for offices with 5+ agents. In the meantime, each agent is billed separately. Get in touch and we'll work out a fair structure.
